My Advice…yes you need to be answering every single phone call especially if it’s from a collection agency because you don’t want them having your information you want to send them the letters that we publish to get them completely removed from your credit report as well as have them completely remove all of their information from their company forever even if it’s been past the 7-year reporting. Even if it’s past the statute of limitation

THE FIRST THINGS YOU SAY ARE———-

WHO ARE YOU? ask them for their full company name and any acronym they use

WHAT IS YOUR NAME-full name, first middle and last, yes I’m not joking

WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS physical and pobox if they only have a POBox

WHAT IS YOUR PHONE

WHAT IS YOUR FAX

  • DO NOT VERIFY WHO YOU ARE WITH THEM EVER——- THEN YOU SEND THE FIRST LETTER

Collection agencies will keep accounts in house for years and years

I will continue to pull your credit reports even after 7 are reporting. Is up and they can’t put it on your credit report

they’re looking for unsuspecting humans that will go ahead and pay the bill anyway

Get a recording device on your cell phone

Let them know you’re recording the call

They’re not allowed to refuse their address and phone number Etc

Find out who they are so that you can send them the letter that you need to send them

I know there is a level of fear and stress but somehow you’re going to have to push through that or have someone else answer the call for you and get this information so they can be dealt with

We have a three-part letter that can be sent to them and nine times out of 10 it will get deleted off your credit report

Please please go to our main page for more information on this

are lettuce make sure that they know that they are not to sell the account to anyone else

And if they do you can try to file a lawsuit

I I know you’re not going to know which phone number is from a collection agency or a scam

But for the sake of your private information being out there like your social your address your phone numbers you’re going to have to try really hard to do this

the numbers that are a scam you’ll know when you pick up the phone and you can block them or report them to the FCC or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

I know it’s a lot of work I certainly know it’s a lot of stress

most of these people are low grade. And scam artist themselves as far as the third party debt collection agencies and they won’t think twice to take a photograph of your account information even though it’s against compliance

They won’t think twice about anything

BY LAW COLLECTORS HAVE TO TELL YOU WHO THEY ARE

AND PRESENT THEIR ADDRESS ETC

IF THEY REFUSE YOU GIVE THE RECORDED CALL TO AN ATTORNEY

FEEL FREE TO RUN ALL RECORDED CALLS BY ME, I’LL LISTEN
